Terms and Conditions
Prices and Description. Prices are subject to change without notice. If an item is discontinued, equivalent substitutions, if any will be offered to you. Qualified businesses call for wholesale prices.
Placing an order. Orders are to be emailed using the order form. No orders will be accepted over the telephone, or fax unless the picture is already on file at Photo Keepsakes An order confirmation will be sent by email within 24 hours of receiving the order. It will include a recap of all details of the order, including the due date, as well as deadline dates for changes or cancellations. If any changes are needed please notify us immediately. Photo Keepsakes assumes no responsibility for orders that are not verified by the customer from the confirmation email. Photo Keepsakes must be notified in writing (email or fax) of changes. Within one week of order date for picture change. Change of substrate will result increase the time between order date and delivery date.
Copyrights. The use of copyrights and trademarks per buyers’ instructions remains the liability of the customer.
Shipping. Shipping will be made via USPS OR UPS, this option will appear in your cart. Shipping and handling charges are additional. All shipments are insured for the full value of the merchandise. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by strike, weather, civil unrest or problems with the carrier. If goods are damaged during shipping, claims must be made against the carrier within 7 days. Damaged items must be held to allow for pick up and inspection by the carrier. Notify Photo Keepsakes so that arrangements will be made to get your order re-shipped to you as soon as possible once you have made your claim to the carrier.
Returns/ refunds. No returns are accepted without authorization. Only stock, blank items are eligible for refunds. Personalized items are not eligible for refund. We make every effort possible to produce your order accurately and on time. If we make an error, every effort to correct the error is made to deliver your order by the agreed upon due date, at no charge to you. If the error was beyond our control, we will do everything we can to reproduce product, however, there may be a charge. Errors, although rare, are judged for refund on a case-by-case basis.
Warranty. All products are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship. Claims on merchandise must be made to Photo Keepsakes within 7 days after the receipt of order. Failure to report damages within 7 days of receipt will void our warranty. Replacements of damaged items will be shipped to you, without charge by the same method as the original order. We are not responsible for goods damaged in shipment. In the event that your order has been damaged during shipping, a claim must be made with the carrier within 7 days of receipt.
